  Put in a request for high grass. Grass was only cut on the front and side. Resubmitted a complaint as the rear area was not cut. Their lovely computerized system spotted out "Duplicate complaint" and my secondary complaint was never addressed. Put a computer in charge and get nothing. Put a human in charge with a computer - get nothing. Typical Baltimore County Government! Useless!
